Supervisor/ Game Host - Part Time
Minimum 15-20 hours per week
Required to work nights and weekends
Excellent Customer Service skills
Must have a “can do” attitude - take INITIATIVE to solve problems
Self starter, someone who can get the work done when business is slow.
Strong creative writer and creative eye, with great knowledge of social media (Facebook & Instagram)
Specific job duties for Hour To Exit Supervisors:
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Ideal candidate will enjoy one-on-one interactions and problem solving, understands what it takes to provide top quality experiences for our guests, takes pride in his/her job, detail oriented and aim for 5 star stellar performance. This includes checking feedback and reviews on various social media sites and address concerns.
LARGE GROUP PLANNING: Reach out to local corporate companies to host team building events at Hour To Exit. Schedule and assist with large group requests for private parties and team buildings
MARKETING INITIATIVES: Create social media post according to company brand, press releases of new games & events, developing innovative ways to market to the local community
OPENING / CLOSING: includes preparing the business for the day, preparing and closing the control office and escape rooms and lobby area
GREET CUSTOMERS: Via phone and face to face ensuring all our guest receive exceptional customer service at all times.
SUPERVISING AND MAINTAINING STAFF: Make sure staff are arriving on time and taking required breaks. Set a good example of policies and procedures that need to be enforced and ensure other employees are following through with specific duties.
